He works best with retailers in creating joint value, whilst at the same time delighting shoppers and consumers by exceeding their needs. Russell draws from a wide range of business and people management experiences. Outside of work Russell enjoys family life, as well as spending time crafting beer, bread, bacon and barbecue.
